Is laughter coaching
right for you?
Coaching is a partnership, and partnerships rooted in shared chemistry are usually more enjoyable and effective than simply selecting a service provider.
Unlike many coaches, I do not ask for commitments for a specific number of sessions or a prescribed time frame. Sessions can be as short as 15 minutes and as long as two hours. When building a new habit, some clients prefer a brief daily check-in and accountability session, and some find that accessing deeply held beliefs can't be done in an hour. Guess who gets to decide - you do!

Through Co-Active coaching, I partner with you to support you in defining your goals, examining your roadblocks, and developing strategies for transformation. I like to think of myself as a GPS system - you are in the driver's seat, you decide on the destination, and I look out for traffic and weather conditions to help you have the smoothest and fastest ride possible.
Through mBIT, I encourage you to get in touch with your body's wisdom. We have come to believe that our head brain is in charge, yet that may not be true. Neuropsychology is uncovering so much information on the ability of other organs to "think" and their connection with the autonomic nervous system and its effect on our emotions. So with mBIT, we practice bringing the head, heart, and gut into resonance. Think about how likely you are to do something if your heart isn't in it? Or how successful will you be in a new job where you have a gut reaction to your boss? So even though your head brain thinks something is a good idea, the idea may not be successful if the heart and gut brains are not on board!
CoCo (abbreviation for Co-Counseling) is a fantastic tool for releasing stress and emotional energy from our bodies. When we do, we feel better, think more clearly, have greater empathy, and…the list is endless.
